Our collar corsages and buttonholes are for decorative purposes only. 

Although we take the greatest care to ensure our products are strong and safe for pets and people, they are not meant to be eaten, worn in water or during rough play. 

As our pets can get into mischief, we recommend supervision at all times whilst they are wearing their corsage or buttonhole. Your pet may also think they are very tasty, so when they are not wearing it, please make sure it is out of their reach.  

We have used non-toxic materials, but as the items are small, there are small parts. We have removed all pointy, sharp bits where we could, but some flowers may have fine wires. If broken, chewed or worn, these items may be a choking or injury hazard for pets and people. Please keep out of reach of children. 

If your corsage or buttonhole becomes damaged or worn, please dispose of it safely. 

By placing an order, you are agreeing that you have read and understand the safety information. 

We don't always get it right, and sometimes one of our products may be damaged or faulty. 

In the event there is an issue with your purchase, we will provide an exchange or a credit to be used for future purchases, to the original individual item's purchase value (postage cost excluded). 

We ask you to make contact with us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

- Your contact details (name, phone number, mailing address)

- A copy of the receipt for your order, and item/s you are wanting to return

- The reason for returning your item/s and photos of damaged/faulty goods (if applicable).

The item/s must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received it, and there must be no subsequent damage to goods or packaging as a result of your own mishandling following purchase.  The customer is responsible for return postage.

When the items are received, an exchange will be posted to you within 7 days, or a credit added to your account to be used for future purchases. 

We will not be responsible for:

- Incorrect mailing address details provided by the customer

- Allergy to our products

- Accidental damage caused by the customer

- Damage caused by a pet

- Damage caused by water or rough play

- Change of mind
